Returns – change of mind or incorrect fit
If you change your mind or the item does not suit or fit, we will offer you a store credit, but please note we do not offer refunds for these reasons.

We do not offer any returns on any sale items for change of mind or incorrect sizing. This includes any mid season or end of season sale codes, as well as the markdowns in our sale section. Please hit us up via the web chat if you need help with the sizing or selection prior to purchasing to be sure.

Faulty items
We check the quality of all our products before it leaves the store however, in the instance where you receive a faulty item (and we deeply apologise if this does happen), we will refund the cost of your item.
Please note these important details:
We do not offer returns on sale or clearance items (or when a sale item has been further discounted), so please choose carefully.
We do not offer returns on any pre-order items (unless deemed faulty)
All postage costs unless previously agreed are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that any returned items are sent back to us using the Australia Post tracking system as we are unable to take responsibility for lost returns.
